Power of questions

At the end of the workshop, I was like "WOW!" Had I known this at age 17, my life, relationships and achievements would have been different.
Appreciative Inquiry was transforming the Power of Questions. Before the workshop I was planning to "give it to" one of the Supervisors at my company. His poor choice of words stank and had the objective of making people seem less valued
My reaction now has changed to a response. The next time he uses such language with colleagues and I happen to be around, I ask " Please what is that informs your choice of words? I can't help but wonder how effective your team will be if you were to use the right choice of words"
I cannot help but to be amazed at the 4-Ds. Business Analysis (Business Intelligence) is a profession in its own right. I spent 6 months in India just to learn business analysis, only to find out that it revolved around the 4-Ds. I don’t know how much I will recoup if I decide to lecture at this new universities on BI using the 4-Ds, but all that I am trying to share is that I am very grateful for this opportunity and to assure you that these investments will not go waste
