I See God in InterAction
George Spilsbury-Williams
23 Jun 2008

Since the formal InterAction programme, I have seen a positive change in my life, a renewed hope in humanity; a willingness to believe that something good can be made of even the most rebellious individual.

Let me just say this; I had a wonderful experience, which seemed like a dream, and yet, as it unfolded, it was becoming a series of realities, and as I live the dream, I find myself to a great extent influencing and creating the kind of realities I see in my dream.

When I was selected to be part of the Interaction cohort for 2007/2008, I had no idea what impact it would have on the rest of my life.

But as I was introduced to the various passions and principles the programme promotes, they rapidly found a place in my being and are becoming more and more a part of me day by day.

I see more beauty

As the Training Manager in one of the leading banks in my country, I come into contact with many members of staff who have now benefited from my experience in InterAction. The word "conversations" now represents a key with which I can access the wonderful values stored in many wonderful people I meet with every day, and also use to influence others to value and appreciate themselves better.

Since the formal InterAction programme, I have seen a positive change in my life, a renewed hope in humanity; a willingness to believe that something good can be made of even the most rebellious individual. InterAction has re-awakened my passion for my country as well as rekindled the flames of passion for other interests in my life.

I look for, and see more beauty than before, and life is not so bad after all. In fact, I can contribute to making things better, as I ask questions, listen and hear what others have to say.

The small voice of God

Finally, I see within the InterAction programme the still small voice of God, using some of His creation to trigger the chords of love and spread that message of love as we interact globally, sharing values, accepting and understanding each other, and working towards a congruent end of living in love and harmony as we accept and value each other’s differences.

After all, your unique essence makes you what you are, and differentiates you from me being what I am, and together we make up a wonderful world, in the face of all its wars and tumults.
I AM, BECAUSE YOU ARE, BECAUSE WE ARE.

Keep dreaming, listening, sharing, appreciating, loving, dreaming, caring…………….
