Culture diversity has negative impact on global trade. This is felt within Africa and with the rest of the world. The indifference in culture hinder healthy trading practices leading to minimal development. Trade is one of the core components of any developing economy. How are we as leaders going to address and tackle this invisible monster, to increase trade. There must be some way forward to eliminate these beliefs.
