Bringing new meaning

The InterAction Leadership programme has created new meaning both in my personal life and in the office.
The InterAction Leadership programme has enabled me to work differently and I have come to acquire that special quality of patience and as we say in InterAction - holding one’s assumptions lightly.
As a result I feel the training has had a great impact on my job and has brought in recognition in the form of additional responsibilities. From the 1st of April, I take over the Human Resource department of my organisation, which has a compliment of over 400 staff.
I shall definitely enjoy the challenge.
