InterAction has been a blessing
Jack Massaquoi
02 Apr 2008

The InterAction leadership training has changed my mindset and my approach in dealing with human beings generally, says Jack Massaquoi.

How  Interaction has Influenced my Leadership qualities

InterAction has been a blessing to me. It has broadened my way of thinking and my approach in dealing with people in my organization and community.

I have come to realize that in every individual, organization and situation something works. I would confess that before InterAction, I was finding it difficult to manage one of my staff who always found it difficult to meet her job targets. She was lazy and hardly came to work throughout the week. Formally I was going with the old notion that “if you can not manage a staff upwards, you manage him/her out of the system”.

Using my newly found interaction stools and skills, i.e. the power of questioning, I became very mindful in avoiding this why questions in order to avoid intimidating her.

The art of hearing helped me to engage with genuine curiosity and valuing the differences. I do apply all these principles and passions in my home, organization and my community.

I am very passionate in using the eight assumption of appreciation inquiry.

The InterAction leadership training has changed my mindset and my approach in dealing with human beings generally.

Thanks to InterAction.
