This programme has changed my life - the way I think, speak and act are now different.

The principles, passions and assumptions I've learnt have enabled me to improve my performance.

The concept of Ubuntu is the binding glue in creating synergy amongst all participants and facilitators in this programme. I have now identified my strengths and leverage points.
After having prepared my action plan, I now see that I have planned time-bound activities with a minimum benchmark.
